Terms / Payment Options The introductory terms with Cherry Capital Foods will be COD/net 7. CCF will email you your invoice the morning of your delivery. Please have a check ready for the driver. Our drivers can only wait for checks for up to 5 minutes but then must move on. If it happens our driver must leave, you may either mail in a check for that invoice or provide a check to our driver at your next delivery if you order on a weekly basis. Overdue Account Policy Statements will be sent to billing contact via email monthly.  CCF will send a warning letter requesting immediate action to all accounts with balances 30 days past due. CCF will place a lock to prevent additional ordering on accounts with balances 60 days or more past due, to be removed after payment or payment arrangements are made. Payment will be made within the terms stated on our Cherry Capital Foods (CCF) invoice(s). I understand that unpaid balances fifteen (15) days or older beyond my company’s terms with CCF will be considered “past due.” These past due balances may be assessed a finance charge of 1.5% per month, subject to the discretion of CCF. CCF reserves the right to begin collections proceedings at any time on overdue accounts. Any legal or collection fees necessary to collect monies due will be added to the account balance. Customers who become habitually overdue will be placed on strict COD terms, in which the driver will not leave product if a check is not available at delivery. Please remember that our drivers wait a maximum of 5 minutes to collect a check at delivery before needing to move on.
