Abigail focuses her executive search work on Chief Executive Officers, Senior Management, Physician Leadership, and functional leadership positions. Her consulting is focused nationally on academic medical centers, non-profit and investor-owned multi-hospital health systems, higher education and professional healthcare associations.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Abigail served as an Associate in the Healthcare Services sector at another global search firm and was later promoted to Senior Associate. She joined the executive search business with a broad range of project management experience, working closely with top-level hospital executives to develop key strategic initiatives and implement organizational change.

Abigail has held positions in several major hospitals of The Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas, including The Methodist Hospital, Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, and Harris County Hospital District.

Abigail is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Change and Development from the University of Texas at Tyler and holds a Masters in Health Care Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. She received her B.S. in Business Administration and Finance, also from Trinity University, where she was a member of the Women's Division III National Championship Tennis Team.
