Managing Consultant, Industrial
As a Managing Consultant, Industrial Practice for Korn Ferry’s Professional Search Team in North America, Mr. McLintock manages search and talent strategy projects in the aerospace, defense, government services, space, and technology sectors.
His role specializations include General Management; Go-To-Market; and IT services, SaaS, and product management leadership. He has largely supported public, PE-backed, and later-stage companies.
Mr. McLintock joined Korn Ferry from a boutique search firm specializing in technology, product, and design roles. His prior search work at another global search firm focused on b2b SaaS and services, cloud, professional services, and telecom.
Outside of executive search, he worked at Goldman Sachs in a sales and advisory role; and was a Director at BlackArch Partners, a mid-market investment bank, where he led Private Company Advisory.
Early in his career, Mr. McLintock was a Naval Aviator and west coast E-2C Hawkeye pilot and Landing Signals Officer in Airborne Command and Control Squadron 117. He then served at the Navy International Programs Office in Washington, DC, where he led Foreign Military Sales engagements for Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Yemen, and Central Asia; he worked closely with partners in Embassy Security Assistance Offices, the Department of State, the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Policy, and with Defense Prime contractors.
Mr. McLintock earned his bachelor’s in Engineering Science with a minor in Economics from Vanderbilt University, and his master’s in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma.
