Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2015, Adam served as Global Managing Partner of the Professional Services practice at CTPartners, a global executive recruiting firm. In all, he possesses >25 years of retained search experience. He currently leads relationships with a >$25B advisory firm and a leading strategy consultancy, and previously oversaw relationships with the $30B+ services arm of a Fortune 50 corporation and a >$15B, F200 IT Services & Outsourcing provider.

He is known as an astute judge of talent and supports quick and accurate judgments with comprehensive assessments based on empirical data. His thorough attention to each placement ensures that clients hire the right rather than the most expedient candidates. 

A vast majority of Adam's career has been dedicated to the professional services arena, executing lateral partner remits as well as conducting leadership assignments for corporate and private equity sponsored clients across management consulting, advisory, outsourcing, business, information, legal and marketing services.

He offers broad industry coverage but is particularly deep in the Healthcare, Life Sciences and Financial Services verticals, often  partnering with third party solutions providers.

Earlier in his career, Adam led the Transportation, Distribution and Logistics practice of Martin H. Bauman Associates.  

Mr. Prager is a graduate of New York University. He serves as an Advisory Board Member of Collective 54, a national peer advisory network dedicated to accelerating the success of owners of boutique professional services firms.
