As an executive coach and facilitator, she brings nearly three decades of experience to her clients, gained from working globally as a talent management consultant helping leaders uncover and unleash their potential.

Addy blends the rigor of research-based assessment and data analytics with compassion and a keen understanding of human dynamics to help program participants and coachees gain awareness of behaviors that support performance. She helps her clients lead from a sense of purpose and inclusion, and provides candid, thoughtful feedback that generates deep insight and behavior change.

Prior to joining KF Addy was an independent consultant and partnered with boutique firms, leveraging diverse intellectual property and assessment methodologies.

Addy specializes in the assessment and development of individuals and teams:

• Coaching numerous high-performing executives with strong technical backgrounds to become more inspiring leaders and impactful communicators
• Facilitating experiential sessions where teams/cohorts learn together while building community and challenging each other to be vulnerable, share freely, and grow
• Helping organizations select and onboard leaders who accelerate success and support their teams in the midst of uncertainty and business transformation
• Supporting organizations’ succession management efforts to identify future leaders and build bench strength
• Guiding leadership teams in the identification and development of high-performance behaviors

Addy earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mount Holyoke College (cum laude), and a doctoral degree in social psychology from the University of Southern California (full scholarship). She grew up in Peru, and is bilingual (Spanish) and versed in topics related to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
