Mr. Mishima has nearly fifteen years of consulting experience at global executive search firms as well as over twenty years of business management experience at multinational companies in both Japan and abroad.

At Korn Ferry, he provides executive search, executive assessment, and other talent management-related services to multinational Western and Japanese companies, particularly in the consumer goods and healthcare sectors. In addition, he leads the cross-industry HR Practice for the Tokyo Office, utilizing his extensive HR executive network. He also manages several key Japanese accounts, supporting their global expansion from an organizational and leadership perspective.

Prior to working in executive search, Mr. Mishima was the Director of Marketing for North Asia at Herbalife in Japan. He began his career at Suntory where he held various leadership roles in marketing, finance, corporate planning and M&A. He spent over 14 years overseas in senior management positions for Suntory’s major subsidiaries in the U.S. and Southeast Asia, including Vice President of Regional Marketing at Cerebos Pacific in Singapore.

Mr. Mishima holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, IL, U.S.A.

He received a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Tokyo, Japan.
