Albertina Vaughn leads Korn Ferry’s Assessment & Succession and Leadership & Professional Development advisory solutions for North America.
She brings 20+ years’ consulting experience working with C-suite, senior management and HR leaders across the globe.
Her expertise covers leadership development solutions from executives to first line leaders, including operationalizing and scaling solutions to meet global demands. She enjoys customizing solutions to meet each clients’ unique business challenges and strategy.
Her work with clients has spanned industries including life sciences, financial services, logistics, construction, energy and consumer goods.
Ms. Vaughn joined Korn Ferry in 2015 through the acquisition of Pivot Leadership, where she was a managing partner and one of the firm’s founding partners. Earlier in her career, she lived in London for 5 years and launched the EMEA hub for Mercer Delta/Oliver Wyman’s executive learning center.
Albertina is a dual national of USA and Finland. She has lived in Finland, Liechtenstein, Germany and the UK, in addition to her native Oregon, USA. She speaks German and some Finnish. Her global experiences have allowed her to develop acute insights and problem-solving responses in support of her clients and their organizations.
Ms Vaughn earned her MA in Organization and Intercultural Communication from Portland State University and her BA in International Studies and German from Portland Statue University and the University of Freiburg, Germany. She currently lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and two children.
