Alessandra Bassetti brings more than two decades of executive search experience, having successfully led domestic and - more extensively - cross-border projects within the industries of retail, fashion, luxury, consumer goods, hospitality, digital, media & entertainment, filling a diverse range of senior positions comprising CEO, general manager, retail, merchandising, supply chain, operations, sales, marketing, and communication roles. She has also matured strong functional search experience in the areas of financial officers and human resources; moreover, she has gained an expertise on product, design and creative functions.

While her client base includes large multinational corporations, mid-cap, and private equity portfolio companies, most of her focus has been family business advisory, having collaborated with different Italian medium to large scale groups of entrepreneurial nature and global presence. Supporting clients in achieving their diversity objectives has been another major area of focus and investment in her consulting work.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Bassetti was partner with another global executive search and leadership advisory firm where she served as managing partner of Italy and co-leader of the women inclusion network for Europe.

She holds a degree in Russian literature and a post-graduate in international relations. She speaks English, Italian, Spanish and Russian.
