Alex  has executed searches at the C-suite, Executive, and Board level for publicly traded, privately held, private equity and venture backed clients ranging in size from Fortune 500 companies to early-stage growth mode.

Her industry experience includes working across the entire food value chain from crop inputs to  produce companies to food ingredients, and animal health, genetics, and nutrition to protein production. She has conducted a significant number of searches in the disruptive FoodTech and AgTech sectors.

She is purpose-driven and passionate about serving clients whose products and services are sustaining our world’s population.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she worked at an executive search firm where she focused on financial officers.

She joined the executive search industry after beginning her career with a national public accounting firm.

Alex earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Bentley University with a double major in Accountancy and Global Perspectives.
