Alexandra places professionals in a wide array of positions ranging from CFOs to staff accountants, across a variety of companies from start-ups to nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies. Ranging in industries from technology to retail, her clients include, Google, The California Wellness Foundation, Soundcore Partners, 24 Hour Fitness, and Thrive Market.
In her role, she sources high-caliber talent for leading employers. With a genuine desire to have a direct, positive impact on people’s lives, Alexandra is open and transparent with her candidates and maintains a broad perspective throughout the entire process.
She began her career with placing interim candidates at an award-winning full-service staffing firm that works exclusively with the nonprofit sector. In 2017 she joined Lucas Group (acquired by Korn Ferry in 2021), focusing on Finance and Accounting searches in Southern California.
Alexandra holds a B.S. in Communications from the University of Utah and is a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (AIRS by ADP).
