Ms. Garcia has developed and implemented successful solutions in several industries including the public sector, retail, banking, health, telecommunications, industry, and energy. Her clients have included most of the major companies in Portugal. She also was involved in a major project in Dubai within the industry sector.

Ms. Garcia helps to gain the companies' structure commitment and workflow effectiveness to maximize productivity.

Ms. Garcia has eight years of experience in advisory and eight years in business. Her expertise spans across several areas, such as organizational effectiveness, job evaluation and measurement, job models, reward policy analysis and design, career management, talent management, and business processes optimization.

Ms. Garcia has also created and facilitated programs of performance management, employee effectiveness as well as solutions on leadership, competencies, assessments, training, and development, at all levels in the organizations.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Garcia worked with Grupo Portugal Telecom, as a customer relationship management analyst, executive assistant and marketing manager.

Ms. Garcia holds a degree in business administration (Universidade Católica Portuguesa) and a post graduate degree in marketing management from Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestao.
