She supported various start-ups in recruiting their initial team (Country Manager, Medical, Marketing, Sales) when they set up an affiliate in Germany. The challenge consists in bringing on board the right talent that is flexible, motivated and has a hands-on approach as well as a can-do attitude.

Ms. Hilsbos has more than 15 years of experience in consultancy with a clear focus on the pharmaceutical industry. She worked on a broad range of national and international assignments across several functional areas, such as sales & marketing, market access, clinical, medical, regulatory and many more within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices and contract service organizations.

She started her career in a small boutique consultancy with a focus on the German market before joining RSVP Group where she worked on a European scale. Then she moved to DOCS International mainly filling medical and scientific positions. She joined Korn Ferry in 2013 where she is a part of the Life Sciences Search practice.

Ms. Hilsbos graduated from Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz with a Master's Degree in American Literature. During her studies, she spent two years at universities in the USA as a graduate student and lecturer. She is fluent in both German and English.
