Mr. de Botton brings a wealth of professional experience to Korn Ferry. Prior to his current role, he served as a managing partner of one of the largest Brazilian HR services firms.

Previously, he was an associate investment banker with Goldman, Sachs & Company's Latin American group in New York where he worked in the chemicals and energy segments. Earlier, he served as an assistant portfolio manager at Global Asset Management in the U.K. and in Research with Opportunity LLP, in Rio de Janeiro.

Alexandre is recognized as industry leader in the energy, infra-structure and Oil & Gas sectors having worked in numerous C Suite and Board assignments across the region and internationally. Over the past 10 years at KF he has worked for many of the largest Brazilian companies successfully managing relationships spanning a decade.

Mr. de Botton earned his master's in business administration from Harvard Business School in Boston - MA and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidade Católica in Rio de Janeiro.
He is fluent in English and Portuguese and has working knowledge in Spanish and French.
