Ms. Al-Saadi brings to Korn Ferry over 25 years of experience driving global companies' business growth while leading organizational and individual change. She joins the firm from Imagneu, a management consulting firm in Austin, Texas, where she was a principal. Prior to this, she was the strategic leadership, culture executive, and talent and organization practice lead for a global professional services firm.

Previously, Ms. Al-Saadi was the vice president of client strategy and culture transformation at Great Place to Work Institute. In this role, she led the United States assessment team to drive organizational culture with global clients.

Ms. Al-Saadi holds a bachelor's degree in organizational communications, information science, and photography from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and a master's degree in organization development and change from Bowling Green State University.
