Alison has spent the past decade at Korn Ferry in executive search advising companies in the travel, hospitality & leisure space on their talent management strategies.
Alison has a track record recruiting for Board Directors, C-Suite executives, and other senior level roles across the lodging, cruise, casino/gaming, club, wellness, and travel technology sectors.
Additionally, Alison has worked extensively in the real estate sector on senior level investment/acquisitions, asset management, and commercial finance focused searches with both public and private companies in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Alison provides coverage for her clients to access Korn Ferry’s talent advisory and talent acquisition offerings. These capabilities include executive coaching, compensation advisory, leadership assessment, succession planning, board services, and rewards & benefits.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Alison worked in hospitality and residential real estate with Ritz-Carlton Residential Division and IMI Resort Holdings, an international luxury residential sales & marketing firm.
She was previously the President of the Cornell Alumni Club of Northern California and is currently a member of the President's Council of Cornell Women. Additionally, she is an active member of the Cornell Hotel Society, Urban Land Institute, and the Junior League of San Francisco.
Ms. Harrigan earned a Bachelor of Science from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
