Senior Client Partner, Consumer & Consumer Health Practice
Andrea Wolf is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Consumer and Consumer Health practices and focuses on senior-level executives across a wide variety of functions within consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, generics, medical devices, and specialty pharmaceutical sectors.
Previously, Ms. Wolf led the Consumer Market in North America for the Korn Ferry Professional Search business. She was responsible for leading a team of executive search consultants focused on engagements for clients across Retail/Wholesale, Consumer Products, Travel & Hospitality, Sports, Media, and Entertainment. As Market Leader, her role included the oversight of quality consultation, delivery, and execution of the team for both clients and candidates.
Ms. Wolf began her Korn Ferry career as the Leader for the Human Resources Practice for North America where she successfully partnered with a number of clients from the Fortune 500 to start-ups across a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Ms. Wolf’s professional career includes both search consulting as well internal Corporate Executive Recruiter positions.
As Executive Recruiter for a former $1.5B subsidiary of The Washington Post Company, she was responsible for the execution of all senior leadership searches. Earlier, she was the Executive Recruiter for a world leader in transportation and logistics. During her tenure, she oversaw all recruitment activity for the US Restructuring of the domestic delivery business as well as their college recruitment efforts.
Andrea earned a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. She is a core member of the CHRO and CMO practices at Korn Ferry.
