Andrew blends expertise in strategy, operating model design, data analytics, and organisational effectiveness to create bespoke solutions while being a trusted partner by both top management and frontline staff.

Previously, Andrew was an engagement manager for Partners in Performance, delivering organisational effectiveness and continuous improvement engagements across APAC. Andrew also led the analytics consulting arm of Nexus Technologies, a leading systems integrator in the Philippines.

Andrew has a Master of Engineering in Operations Research from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (summa cum laude) from the University of the Philippines – Diliman.

Andrew is fluent in English and Filipino.
