Senior Client Partner, Global Technology Officers Practice

Ms. Castellani is a Senior Client Partner in the San Francisco office. She serves the firm’s Global Technology Officers Practice and is a key consultant in Korn Ferry’s Human Resources Practice.

Ms. Castellani brings nearly 20 years of human capital advisory and executive search experience. Over the course of her career, she has delivered services such as CEO coaching, selection assessment, and organizational consulting within succession and talent acquisition engagements.

Ms. Castellani’s approach is underpinned by her experience leading teams, managing a P&L, opening new offices, and launching new business lines. Both as an external consultant and internal business leader, she has honed her ability to integrate insights about people and behavior with an understanding of business issues, strategic imperatives, and organizational culture.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Castellani worked in a boutique executive search firm where she was tasked with building a leadership and succession advisory business from its foundation.

In addition to her consulting experience, Angela brings clinical and research experience specializing in communication, conflict, and trust. Her foundational background and education in clinical psychology enables her to go a step beyond traditional executive search work to identify a wide range of diverse candidates, deeply assess for fit, and help clients make informed talent decisions.

Ms. Castellani holds Doctoral and Masters degrees in Clinical Psychology from Texas A&M University. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
