Anish possesses an in-depth understanding of the competitive market, regulatory and governance landscape, and the rapidly changing talent pool dynamics with the shift towards low-carbon initiatives. Prior to Korn Ferry, Anish spent several years as a consultant and served as a leader with another executive search firm focused on Financial Services in the Banking industry. Anish holds a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
