Over the years, Ankit has helped various life sciences companies advance their talent strategies and solve complex organizational challenges through effective talent solutions. He has a rich experience of managing leadership search mandates across healthcare industry advising MNC and local corporations on their leadership searches and talent advisory.

Prior to joining a leadership search firm, he led life sciences practice managing South Asia, Middle East and Africa region with a global research and consulting firm advising clients in strategic growth, M&As, organization restructuring, among others.

Prior to entering the strategy consulting and advisory, Ankit worked in healthcare industry at various leadership roles.
