Anna has a proven track record in managing teams and leading post-mergers integrations projects and large-scale business transformations.

She worked jointly with C-suite leaders and business owners on business acquisitions and strategic changes.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Anna led Transformation Practice at PwC Strategy team.

She helped successfully take over and grow technology team (450+ developers and data scientists) by integrating with traditional professional services business and implementing a new joint go-to-market approach.

She also helped successfully grow Global Centre of Excellence from 350+ employees up to 750+ employees by implementing innovative approach to manage satisfaction of teams.

Together with a team she was awarded TOP3 in Global Innovation Challenge. Innovative idea driven by deep people analytics was successfully commercialized and considered
a game changer.

Anna holds the Executive MBA from HEC, London Business School, Warsaw University of Technology. She also completed Executive program, Leading Future Businesses at London Business School.

She speaks Polish (native), English (fluent) and French (fluent).
