Ms. Abbott search work focuses on the recruitment of senior level attorneys, domestically and internationally, primarily for Legal C-suite executives, Tax Director and Compliance Officer. In addition, she also supports French and multinational organizations on Board evaluation and nominations. ​

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Abbott spent over ten years at another search firm where she was responsible for Legal projects and Corporate Governance. In a life before recruitment, Anne-Flavie worked for nine years as Product Consultant for a leader in the Tourism and Leisure industry in Australia. She was also responsible for the development of the European and Latin markets.

Ms. Abbott studied foreign languages, English and Mandarin, and economics at the University of La Rochelle in France and at the University of Sydney where she spent six month also focusing on business and economics in Asia Pacific.
