Ms. Noorani has expansive experience in recruitment, particularly the industrial and agribusiness sector, leading successful completion of senior leadership search efforts for roles in C-Suite through Directors levels, as well as functional heads throughout various organizations.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Noorani spent over two years at a recognized international executive search firm supporting the Industry & Manufacturing Practice with a broad expertise in various sectors.

Ms. Noorani has been delivering strategic executive and professional search solutions to industry leading multi-national companies, conducting searches at a global capacity (North America, Europe, Asia). She has vast experience consulting for large European and American conglomerates as well as SMEs. Functionally diverse, Annie has placed key talent in commercial, operations, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, and marketing verticals. More recently, she has been actively involved with diversity and inclusion searches for publicly traded companies.

Ms. Noorani started her career in Cbeyond Communications, a mid-sized technology services company in Dallas, TX in a commercial function. She then joined Robert Half's Technology Group as a Technical Recruiter and was promoted to roles of increasing responsibility in the Dallas, TX operation. Also with Robert Half, she relocated to Los Angeles and joined the firm's Finance and Accounting Group Practice.

Ms. Noorani holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Houston.
