Arianna works with organizations across various industries including agriculture, diversified manufacturing, and supply chain. She also directly supports Korn Ferry’s Real Assets practice, which specializes in Construction, Real Estate, Consulting Engineering, and Infrastructure.

Arianna is also a part of Korn Ferry’s Professional Search Sales and Marketing Center of Excellence. Her work here encompasses all revenue-related functions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Management), from the Senior to Executive level (Senior, Manager, Director, VP, SVP, EVP).

Arianna partners with her clients to solve talent issues that impact the performance of their organizations. On every search, her approach is to act as an extension of our client’s talent acquisition team, and to deliver the top talent available within their given parameters, while providing up to date market intelligence and candidate feedback.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Arianna was a Recruitment Director with a leading Canadian sales recruitment firm. In this role, she worked with clients across North America, with a focus on direct Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership positions from the Management to Vice President level. Arianna also worked extensively with fast-growing companies and North American software start-ups on high-volume recruitment, while consulting clients on how to structure and compensate their sales force. 

Ms. Mills holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario.
