We take a look at the set of capabilities needed for leaders to be able to thrive, rather than just cope, in this setting.
We also look at how progressive organizations are thinking ahead about leadership talent requirements in terms of these skills, competencies and overall capability to ensure strategy realization - and evaluating and adjusting their talent strategies accordingly.
