Astrid de Jong is based in our Amsterdam office and advises clients on topics like job analysis and job evaluation. In addition to delivering projects for clients, she leads the Work Measurement Solution Area in the Netherlands.
Ms. De Jong has valuable experience in the field of job analysis, job design and job evaluation, as well as experience with reward analysis and benchmarking.
She has been working with various organizations across sectors. Building on her expertise she helps organizations to develop the right job structures, develop tools to enable business users to grade jobs and digitize grading solutions.
Astrid de Jong joined Korn Ferry (then: Hay Group) in April 2013. She has a master’s degree in social science from the University of Utrecht (cum laude) and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from that same university. At Korn Ferry, she develops and implements grading solutions for clients, facilitates Job Evaluation training sessions and supports clients with all questions related to Work Measurement. She appreciates situations that require to look at a problem from all perspectives to get a comprehensive view of the situation, in order to design the best solutions.
