Mr. Toren specializes in the recruitment of senior-level executives across the entire healthcare continuum. His client relationships include public and private companies; non-profit organizations and private-equity and venture backed companies.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Toren was a manager of process improvement at Merck & Company. He was responsible for running business process improvement projects in the finance and sales & marketing divisions of the organization.

Prior to his five years at Merck, Mr. Toren was a senior consultant with Deloitte Consulting. During his tenure, he participated in multiple client engagements where he designed and implemented business and financial process solutions for large companies. He began his career with Arthur Andersen in the audit function.

Mr. Toren is actively involved with the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation. The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cure for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

He earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania.
