He is responsible for the implementation of digital solutions for his clients with a focus on Pay & Organizational Strategy digital tooling next to Korn Ferry’s digital solutions within Talent & Development, Sales Force effectiveness and employee listen surveys.

Bart strength lies in building and maintain strong client relationships with senior managers and HR professionals and is driven by helping clients solve their HR and business needs by Korn Ferry’s data driven solutions and services (SaaS/HCM solutions).

Bart has expert knowledge on Korn Ferry’s Intelligence Cloud platform and digital solutions and tools across all Korn Ferry’s solution areas.

Within this expertise he as a special focus on organization benchmarking, online assessments, employee listening and rewards.

As Digital Sector Lead for national and multinational Industry organizations, Bart has a  focus on and a deep knowledge of Oil & Gas, Oil Field Services and Chemical clients.

For Shell Bart is the lead for KF Digital for almost 5 years now.

Bart joined Korn Ferry in the Netherlands in 2014. Prior to Korn Ferry he was a reward and benefits consultant with Mercer and Towers Watson.

Bart holds a university degree in economics from the University Utrecht, The Netherlands.
