Becky serves as an account leader for several clients, understanding the client’s business objectives, looking across Korn Ferry’s lines of business for solutions to support the client’s needs, and aligning internal teams to deliver on the objectives.

Several successful business solutions for clients include: talent assessments to support the growth and expansion of a critical role, region or BU; development and assessment of high potential future leaders to support goal of promoting from within; high potential senior success development aligned with growth strategy and/or organizational transformation.

Becky earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Denison University. She completed the Wharton School Management Program, including courses on Human Resources, Strategic Management, and Multinational Management.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Hay Group, Becky was a Research Coordinator for the University of Pennsylvania’s Department of Psychiatry. She coordinated multiple studies on the behavioral and pharmacological treatments for obesity. She has co-authored several peer-reviewed articles.

Becky’s understanding of the behavioral element that drives success has enabled her clients to implement initiatives involving development/selection assessment, leadership development, career ladders, performance management, succession planning/talent reviews, and curriculum design. In addition, she also facilitates leadership programs to mid- and senior-level leaders, coaching leaders on their competency feedback, leadership styles, organizational climate, and emotional intelligence.
