Bernard leads the Digital Disruption sector across Asia focusing on starts-ups that had achieved scale and working with established organizations to reach their digital objectives.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Bernard served as a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles where he led the Digital and Information Technology center of excellence and was the first Partner in Hong Kong who progressed from the Associate level.

With more than 16 years of experience in leadership advisory and executive search, Bernard has a successful track record working with Asian and international companies across the region.

Bernard graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Technology Management from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.
