Mr. Gallagher is responsible for client and candidate advisement, executing recruitment strategy, and business development. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Brendan spent five years as a Recruiting Relationship Manager with Wharton MBA Career Management.

Focusing specifically on the investment management industry, he was responsible for all business development metrics, client management, MBA student consultation and company marketing strategies. During his tenure as Recruiting Relationship Manager, he grew the hedge fund and mutual fund verticals to be an industry hiring leader through new fund relationships and student engagement.   

Brendan served as a member of the Wharton Hedge Fund Network, an alumni professional group and traveled internationally to source new client opportunities.

Prior to Wharton, Brendan worked in collegiate athletics for four years at the University of Pennsylvania where he oversaw program design, competitive recruiting efforts, student-athlete guidance and alumni development efforts.

Brendan received his bachelors and masters from The College of New Jersey and completed a post-baccalaureate degree in management from the Wharton School of Business. He is currently a Board member of the TCNJ Alumni Association and is involved with student-athlete mentorship.
