Brooke joined Korn Ferry in 2016 as an Executive Search Consultant in the Finance & Accounting practice group. She sources leading talent for top employers across the Greater Houston market and beyond. Thorough and enthusiastic, she is highly concerned about the customer experience for both her candidates and clients and ensures a seamless process from start to finish. By helping candidates make strategic career upgrades while finding the right fit for her clients, Brooke strives to make a positive, lasting impact on both parties.

She is currently a Sector Leader within Professional Search. Brooke’s focus is on Accounting, Finance, Tax and Treasury hiring needs. She has significant expertise supporting recruitment for Mid-Level to C-Suite professionals within Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Real Estate and Private Equity organizations. Brooke is a top performer within her practice area, ranking in  the top 5% nationwide. She and her team have an average of 13 years of experience in recruiting. Her experience allows her to provide consultative, thoughtful guidance to her candidates and clients, yielding long-term, successful placements.
