Mr. Elliott has extensive management experience through asset management/receivership and turnaround assignments for companies within the industrial and consumer sectors.

Mr. Elliott has had over 20 years of experience in Executive Search with Korn Ferry, assisting clients on their talent and leadership requirements.

Mr. Elliott leads the Resources and Energy sectors in Australasia and advises major industrial clients throughout Australia, leveraging his broad experience serving in a corporate advisory capacity encompassing executive search appointments and chartered accounting.

Before entering the talent consulting industry, Mr. Elliott was a chartered accountant with one of the "big four" for over twelve years and transferred to its UK office in the early 1990s. He was appointed associate director in 1993, specialising in corporate finance, recovery and business turnaround.

Mr. Elliott has worked in the UK, New Zealand, the Solomon Islands, and parts of Asia. 

Mr. Elliott holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland.

He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mr. Elliott is a Commissioner of Declarations and a former registered liquidator with the ASIC.
