Principal, North American Industrial Practice & Advisory
Cameron (Cam) Fulton is a Principal in the firm’s North American Industrial Practice and is a key member of the Energy, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Human Resources teams.
He specializes in executive search and leadership advisory services working on a variety of critical projects for clients including C-Suite executive recruitment as well as complex leadership team assessments. Additionally, he is also a member of the firm’s ESG Center of Excellence.
Mr. Fulton brings in-depth experience partnering with clients across many verticals within the Industrial sector. He has partnered with both industry-leading global companies as well as smaller entrepreneurial organizations. He specializes in senior general management, operational, commercial, financial and human resources assignments.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Fulton worked for a leading global executive search firm where he was a member of the North American Industrial and Human Resources Practices. Before beginning his career in search, Mr. Fulton spent 7 years working in the Transportation and Logistics sector in roles of increasing remit within the areas of sales, human resources and talent management.
Mr. Fulton is very involved in his community and has held leadership positions within various non-profit organizations including the Auburn University Alumni Association and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Mr. Fulton earned his Master of Science in Management and Leadership from the Graziadio Business School at Pepperdine University and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing from Auburn University.
