Mr. Portelli holds specific responsibility for development and of the organisations client base across the industrial sector with a particular focus upon the Infrastructure, Mining and Energy sectors.

Carl sits on the Global Marquee Account program and has designed and delivered a range of bespoke solutions challenging the status quo of talent attraction and selection.

Programs of work have spanned from international search, to project recruitment, market mapping, talent communities and diversity programs. He was also a panellist for Westpac's 100 women of influence.

Over his career Carl has placed business leaders across a range of industrial functions at the operational and executive level and is seen as a trusted advisor to many of his clients.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Carl was the NSW State Manager of a Non-Profit organisation, providing support and advocacy services for people living with a mental illness or disorder.

Mr. Portelli  holds a Bachelor of Science and has an MBA, in which he majored in Project Management
