Over her career, Carole’s expertise has uniquely crossed Business, HR and Consulting and she has been known for identifying and nurturing top  diverse Talent to most senior level. An advisor and executive coach at heart, Carole comes across as a rounded International Leader, ready to challenge the status quo.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Carole led initially a  corporate career with listed 500 Fortune companies as well as family-owned businesses in Consumer, Healthcare and Food B2B, namely P&G, Sanofi, Baxter and Barry Callebaut. She started in Sales and Marketing before spending close to twenty years in international Senior HR roles, up to the C-Suite as Group CHRO. 

Carole‘s Consulting experience spans over eight years in total, in Executive Search and as an Executive Coach, where she has been supporting CEOs and Exco with their Organizational and Talent transformation.

As an Executive, Carole graduated from the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program, from the Kellogg Women to the C-Suite, as well as from the IMD Board Director program.

She is also a certified Executive Coach from the Insead CCC Executive Master, a certified Hogan expert and a member of several Executive, CHRO and Diversity & Inclusion networks.

Carole holds a Master in Management from the EMLyon Business School, France, with a major in International Affairs. She operated and lived across EMEA, NA and APAC.
