Caroline Chantereau is a Senior Client Partner based in the Paris office. She is a member of Korn Ferry’s Global Industrial Practice and HR EMEA Practice.
Caroline brings over 20 years of professional experience in recruiting executive leaders within the industrial market in general (manufacturing, process industry, industrial services) with a focus for the last 10 years on Finance and HR executives from various sectors such as retail, industry and services.
Caroline works on international searches for small, medium-sized (PE backed or family- owned) or large international companies.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Caroline worked for two global competitors and previously for McKinsey in Paris as an Internal Recruiting Coordinator.
Caroline is specialized in the building materials, BtoB distribution/services spaces with roles spanning from ExCom to Director levels across functions including CEOs, GMs, CHROs, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations positions.
Caroline studied French and Foreign Literature at the Université Catholique de l’Ouest in France.
She is fluent in French and English.
