Senior Client Partner, Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion
Cathi Rittelmann is a Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry based out of our Boston office.
Ms. Rittelmann has deep expertise in leadership and organizational development, c-suite talent development, solutions architecture, and strategic consulting.
She has over twenty years of experience consulting in the arena of diversity, equity and inclusion, focusing on differentiated development, leadership strategy and broad organizational implementations.
She specializes in talent development, with a focus on leveraging the capacity of high potential talent and senior leaders.
In addition to her individual contributions, Ms. Rittelmann’s responsibilities include leadership of the global team that designs and delivers Korn Ferry’s standard, scalable leadership development and diversity, inclusion and equity solutions.
She has been with the Firm for more than 25 years and has worked with clients both domestically and internationally. Prior to Korn Ferry, she garnered experience in human resources in both the retail and industrial industries, specializing in recruitment, succession planning, and employee relations.
Ms. Rittelmann has worked with a cross section of clients including Chevron, Delta Airlines, Travelers Insurance, Raytheon Technologies, Microsoft, General Dynamics and Harbourvest.
Ms. Rittelmann holds a bachelor’s degree in management & finance from Robert Morris University and makes her home in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States.
