Mr. Shao is Managing Director of Korn Ferry Advisory business in Greater China. He leads Greater China advisory team to help multinational and local companies to drive and sustain superior business performance through talent and organizational interventions.
Mr. Shao brings 20+ years global experience in both corporate and consulting to clients and the Firm. Prior to his current role, he used to be Senior Client Partner leading Leadership Development & Assessment solution at Korn Ferry China. He used to be the Global Head of Leadership Development and Learning & Development at a US Fortune 100 industrial company.
Mr. Shao focuses on helping local companies going global and multinational companies to succeed in APAC through leadership assessment and development, executive coaching, talent management, culture transformation, DE&I, HR transformation, M&A and etc.
Mr. Shao graduated from executive education certificate program at Stanford University in partnership with Caterpillar. Mr. Shao holds Master of Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University, the Netherlands and Bachelor of Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through International Coaching Federation (ICF) and accredited for several leadership assessment instruments.
