Managing Consultant, Sales & Marketing COE, Professional Search
Chaz Trent is a Search Consultant in the Sales & Marketing COE for Korn Ferry Professional Search. In this role, he is responsible for leading retained search engagements for commercial functions within the technology and professional services sectors.
Mr. Trent works with Fortune 500 Technology companies, mid-market firms as well as Private Equity backed firms in technology and services. His practice is focused on software & platforms, technology services, business services, marketing services, information services, outsourcing and BPO clients. He has completed assignments for commercial leadership roles at the GM, SVP, VP, and Senior Director level, as well as high impact individual contributors.
Mr. Trent started his career in search and has a dozen years of experience in talent acquisition and talent advisory experience. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Trent worked at a human capital management consulting firm, and a boutique search firm, both in New York, NY.
Mr. Trent is currently based in Virginia and is a member of the firm’s Washington, DC and Reston, VA offices. He is a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA with a B.B.A. in Business, with a concentration in Technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.
