Christian is known as a trusted advisor to his clients and has global account leadership experience across multiple industries in human capital and management consulting.

Mr Hasenoehrl joined Korn Ferry in 2018 from a boutique advisory firm in San Francisco, where he was a Vice President and member of the executive team leading business development, client service and account management specializing in behavioral change and digital transformation for Fortune 100 companies in the technology, consumer, airline and energy industries. 

Christian is a culturally aware leader with a global perspective gained while living in seven countries and working on assignment in over 50 countries. His expertise lies in corporate transformations including Digital, Culture Change, M&A and Post-Merger Integration.

Previously, Christian served as a senior partner for Gallup in London as an account leader for the largest global FTSE100 organizations in the consumer, financial services, technology, life sciences and commodities industries. He also spent ten years serving as an advisor to consumer and technology startups and investment funds in Seattle and Chicago.

Earlier in his career, Mr Hasenoehrl worked as an M&A advisor for Accenture and in international development for Walmart Inc and Metro AG. 

Mr. Hasenoehrl holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance and an MS in International Business from the University of Miami. He also holds a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University and attended the University of London to study the European Union. Christian has native language skills in English and German and has been published in several respected publications and periodicals.
