Ms. Cardinal brings almost twenty years of experience in the area of Executive Search, Strategic Consulting and Financial Services. She has a strong international background having worked in São Paulo, Zurich and New York.

Ms. Cardinal specializes in Global Financial Services Market, Global Consumer Market and Family Business.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Cardinal  worked at a global executive search firm in Zurich, Switzerland, responsible for business development as well as executive search execution. She conducted senior level searches for roles in the Financial Services sector as well as for global firms across a variety of industries.

Ms. Cardinal  began her career at Merrill Lynch, New York, before joining McKinsey & Company, where she spent 14 years in different roles, such as Knowledge Expert in EMEA and Latin America, and Client Service Executive in charge of a product solution across EMEA.

Ms. Cardinal has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from Universidad del Salvador, Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a Master of Arts in Public Administration (MPA), Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs, New York, USA. She is fluent in Spanish,  English, French, Portuguese, Italian and German.
