Ms. Claudia Wu is a Senior Client Partner based in our Shanghai office with focus on Consumer and Retail markets as well as Professional Services companies including private equity and consulting firms. She is a trusted advisor to many multinational and Chinese companies in the country on topics like executive search and recruitment, succession planning and leadership development.

Ms. Claudia Wu has a passion for CEO succession, Board practice and Talent Development topics. She is experienced in engaging with companies on executive searches for CEO and other top leadership roles, and often advises entrepreneurs, family businesses and private equity firms on talent, organization and broader strategic topics.

In addition, Ms. Claudia Wu is known for her connection to the professional service world with her extensive network from McKinsey days and deep relationship with senior partners of various professional service organizations.

Prior to joining executive search, Claudia was an Associate Principal with McKinsey & Company, working with clients across industrial and consumer sectors with a focus on strategy development, business model transformation, and organization studies. Before her MBA, Claudia started her career with Unilever in Shanghai and her last role there was Commercial Manager of Laundry category.

Claudia earned a MBA from the Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA in International Accounting from Shanghai International Studies University. She is also member of two professional accountant associations: ACCA and CICPA.
