Ms. de Souza specializes in Executive to Leader Institutes (ELI), Chief Executive Institutes (CEI), LeaderSuccession programs and other C-level engagements.

Ms. de Souza has over 10 years of experience in managing all operational aspects of large global client projects and has onboarded other project resources to deliver excellence.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. de Souza worked with Phillips, Hager & North and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan in Canada and Amex Travel Related Services in Bahrain and Canada.

Ms de Souza’s career domain is being the primary contact for internal and client project teams, managing projects based on project plans and budgets, staffing projects with individual resources and shared services to deliver engagement objectives on time and within budget. Her work has encompassed managing projects in assessment and succession, leadership development, organizational strategy, rewards and benefits, CXO optimization, and product certifications.

Her expertise is in project management, organization skills, client service and working with project financials.

Ms. de Souza obtained a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Bangalore University, majoring in factory administration and costing, and has completed the Canadian Securities Course.
