With over twenty years in global executive search and leadership advisory, Daren has worked with many major financial, industrial and private equity companies. He specializes in recruiting business leaders and his track record includes the successful recruitment of CEOs, board members, investment professionals, operating partners and advisors, particularly across the financial services and industrial sectors across EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Daren joined Korn Ferry from a multinational firm where he held various positions including being a member of the CEO & Board Practice, Global Head of the Industrial Practice, and Chairman of the Global Client Program, as well as holding various senior geographic lead roles across Asia. Daren was also Managing Director and CEO of Alexander Mann Financial Services and was a Director with Executive Access in Hong Kong and Japan.

Daren began his career in financial services with Robert/Jardine Fleming, where he lived and worked in key financial markets of Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, London, and New York. Daren completed his education at Bishop’s Stortford College in 1986.
