Mr. Rossi brings over 30 years of professional experience to Korn Ferry.  Prior to his current role, he served as a managing director for one of the world’s largest management consulting firms.

Mr. Rossi began his career as a commissioned officer and helicopter pilot in the United States Army.  Following his military service, he worked in manufacturing leadership for General Foods.

Dave Rossi is the President of Korn Ferry's Global Industrial Manufacturing Advisory Lead based in the firm's Chicago office.
