There he leads the Canadian Transformational Leadership practice helping clients execute on their strategy through enterprise wide effective leadership capabilities.

In this practice he specializes in executive leadership development, succession and talent strategy. His market sector focus is mining, oil and gas, chemical, and other commodities where he has consulted with many of the top firms globally in these markets.

Mr. Gibbons joined Korn Ferry from a boutique leadership development firm, where he was a partner. There he worked with clients in Canada, U.S., and Latin America building and delivering large-scale leadership development programs to drive business strategy.

Earlier, Mr. Gibbons led the Executive Education division of the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.

A dedicated educator, Mr. Gibbons also teaches for the Simon Fraser University Beedie School of Business and University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business in their master’s and executive programs.

Currently, Mr. Gibbons serves as the Board Chair of The Vancouver Society of Children’s Centers.

Mr. Gibbons holds a master’s degree in business administration and has pursued doctoral studies in strategic decision making.
