Mr. Napeloni has over 25 years of recruitment and leadership experience, specifically within the Pharmaceutical, Medical and Biotech industry. Dave has lead teams in multiple global environments within the Corporate, RPO and Agency worlds. He works with clients to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies and best in class processes to enhance both candidate and hiring manager experiences. In addition, Dave has worked to evolve TA with AI and data as it’s backbone, drive D&I strategies and reduce overall spend.

Dave joined Korn Ferry in 2014 from the specialty pharmaceutical company, Warner Chilcott (now Allergan). Here, Dave oversaw the North American Talent Acquisition function, where his teams supported Clinical, Commercial and Operational functions. Dave oversaw the overall TA budget, D&I initiatives, HR integration and Agency usage.

Prior to entering the corporate recruiting industry, Dave had worked for many years within the staffing agency environment. Initially, Dave gained his start with Bradin Search Group, a  biopharma and medical focused search firm. He later moved to Corporate Search Inc., an established, retained executive search firm focused on the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

Mr. Napeloni has a B.S. degree in Political Science, with an emphasis on International Relations, from Rutgers University.

He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and accredited in multiple TA industry practices.
