Mr. Dotlich is the co-author of 12 best-selling books, including his latest, Transitions at the Top: What Organizations Must Do to Make Sure New Leaders Succeed. He is also the co-editor of the Pfeiffer Leadership Development Annual.
He is former executive vice president of Honeywell International; former president of Mercer Delta Consulting; and founder and former president of CDR International, Delta Executive Learning Center, and Pivot Leadership (Pivot was acquired by Korn Ferry in 2015).
Earlier in his career, David was a professor at the University of Minnesota and executive director of the Michigan Business School Human Resource Partnership.
Mr. Dotlich completed his MA and PhD at the University of Minnesota, and graduated from the INSEAD Executive Program. He has served on the board of directors for Schmitt Industries, Voyageurs Outward Bound, and the Children's Theatre Company of Minneapolis.
