Senior Client Partner, London
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Joseph spent ten years and was a Partner with another large global leadership advisory firm based initially in its Melbourne office before returning to London in 2011.
He spent his early career working for an international outsourcing business.
As a member of the Global Industrial Markets segment, Mr. Joseph works principally within natural resources, with a particular focus on mining, metals and the energy sector.
He is experienced across the value chain and has worked on complex assignments supporting organisations seeking senior executives with the ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies. He is also experienced on broader leadership themes such as succession planning, board effectiveness, and broader leadership development.
He has completed a number of high profile and senior assignments around the world in Australia, the Middle East, South East and Central Asia, Europe, the CIS, Africa, and the Americas.
David holds a BSc (Hons) in business administration & management with information systems from Oxford Brookes University.
